Erik Saxon at Minus
At MINUS Space in Gowanus taking notes on unsung minimalist Eric Saxon.
Always worth a trip here. Small space but tightly curated. This time, discovered a geometric painter who worked alongside people like Olivier Mosset and Joseph Marioni. Really hands-on process but very perceptually keyed.

Matthew Deleget, who runs the space, has a knack for finding serious minimalists who are hiding in plain view.
Saxon’s age: 70.
